The line consists of:
- Feeding group DN 120
- Swinging juicing table PRO - QC 620
- PRO - QC 620 peristaltic pump for high-pressure feeding
- Continuous hydraulic press QC 620
- Wine feed pump
- Electrical control panel with PLC and operating interface

Technical description:
Through the feeding group, the product reaches the oscillating juicing table, where the free liquid is separated from the solid parts.

The solids are conveyed by the peristaltic pump at high pressure into the press body of the QC 620, where further separation of the liquid from the solids takes place until a yield of between 75% and 85% is achieved.

The product is pressed out continuously in the press by the pressure generated by the peristaltic pump, without any additional mechanical stress.

Automation:
The QC 620 press is equipped with an automatic cake ejection system at the end of pressing, with no manual part in the discharge.

An automatic washing system with high-pressure pump and rotating head allows cleaning of the basket and all parts of the machine that come into contact with the product.
