Horizontal pneumatic membrane press with closed AISI 304 stainless steel drum and safety bursting disc. Numerous polished internal channels, easy cleaning thanks to a system for quick disassembly.
Automatic hermetic lid, pneumatically sealed Press membrane made of food grade plastic, completely inflatable even without product. Quick clamping system, no need to perforate the membrane. Machine equipped with automatic axial feed with pressure switch and safety bursting disc. Painted steel frame with stainless steel must collection tray and control box, according to the current European directives.
For VELVET T11.5/ T15 models, a compressor for inflating the press membrane and an auxiliary compressor are available as options. A blower for faster deflation of the press membrane and a second compressor for the control air are integrated. Side safety barrier and emergency stop for operator safety. The machine complies with the EC directive.
Handling:
The operator interface E-panel "Touch Screen" shows simple and intuitive graphics for easy handling. This allows the operation and programming of all working cycles of the machine, as well as the monitoring of the running process and the machine status. The control panel is pre-installed with 30 pressing programs, the "Rocking" function for swinging the drum, and the intelligent M.I.P. program. The control panel with touch screen is mounted on a stainless steel housing with adjustable inclination. It is also easily removable from the machine for winter storage, if desired.
