Technical description

The independent crushing unit can be used at various points of the grape reception- and selection line or directly on the loading door of the pneumatic press in the "Kappa direkt" version.

It consists of two cloverleaf-shaped squeezing rollers made of food-safe plastic.

Each roller is made from one single piece for easy cleaning.

The distance between the rollers can be adjusted to avoid crushing the seeds and still ensure that the berries are broken up.

The unit is supported by an AISI 304 stainless steel frame with feed hopper.

Options

New "Open Grape" crushers (as an alternative to the traditional clover-leaf crushers) are available, in food-grade plastic in a cylindrical shape that allow the berries to be peeled.
