Technical description
These whole cluster belts are used in the grape reception, before or after destemming, as a product conveyor belt between the different machines. They also facilitate the filling of the presses and allow the construction of modular sorting and selection lines without having to use platforms or pits to get into the different machines.
The whole cluster belts consist of a frame made of profiled sheet metal in AISI 304 stainless steel. The frame is open, so access to the belt is simplified and cleaning of the inside of the belt is possible. The belts have a wash bar.
A hydraulic cylinder with hand pump allows the inclination to be adjusted between 30° and 45° and thus also the ejection height.
The whole screw conveyor belt has as standard equipment a motor protection switch, a start/stop switch and a frequency converter for speed control.
Options
It is also possible to switch from 40 to 80 cm width.

Screw conveyors are conveying systems for bulk materials based on the functional principle of the Archimedean screw.
In general, a screw conveyor consists of the following construction elements:
- the screw trough, depending on the design with trough cover
- the screw conveyor, consisting of a screw thread and the screw shaft with drive shaft, end bearing shaft and seals
- and a drive unit consisting of:
- a shaft coupling
- the drive unit itself
- the bearing of the worm shaft
- an inlet and an outlet
