Technical description

The AlcoFlex filtration plant is a dealcoholisation plant that allows the alcohol content of wines and fermenting musts to be reduced at normal temperature and pressure, limiting the effect of stress on the product and guaranteeing respect for quality. The plant is equipped with an auxiliary circuit for the circuit of the dealcoholisation water and a process circuit for the circuit of the wine to be treated. During the dealcoholisation process, the water is continuously enriched with alcohol from the wine mass to be treated, which consequently decreases in alcohol. In no case do both liquids come into direct contact with each other. The system is constructed in such a way that the process water never enters the wine circuit, even in the event of a rupture of the membrane.
