Technical description:
The machine is designed for processing whole or machine-picked grapes. Frame and housing made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Safety devices in compliance with EC Directive 2006/42/EC (machinery), electrical panel in compliance with EC Directives 2006/95/CE (LV) and 2004/108/CE (EMC).
Destemming unit:
The desteming unit consists of a perforated basket and an internal spiked roller rotating in the same direction (co-rotator), both made of AISI 304 stainless steel. It is possible to use baskets with different dimensions and a different distribution of holes. You may mechanically adjust distance and inclination of the beaters. The speed of the spiked roller and the basket are adjustable by means of a frequency converter.
