Technical description

Hydraulic press consisting of a supporting base and a head made of enamelled steel to which the pressing cylinder is attached. This structure contributes to the uniformity of the pressing and allows to limit the dimensions during the movement.

All parts in contact with the product, such as the pressing plate, the basket and the must collection tray, are made of AISI 304 stainless steel or food-grade plastic. Completely slotted basket made of stainless steel AISI 304 in different slot sizes. AISI 304 stainless steel must collection tray with slotted centre to ensure juicing even in the central area of the cake.

Quick and easy positioning of the tray and basket thanks to the centring system in the base.

Electrical control panel according to EC directives 2006/95/EC (LV) and 2004/108/EC (EMC).

Safety devices according to EC Directive 2006/42/EC (machinery).

Operator terminal with integrated PLC control, complete with control keys and control display touch screen and with 30 installed programs.
